Refund policy

We sell all our products for overseas in AS IS condition without warranty.
Refunds will only be issued if we have shipped the wrong item(s) from your order, or if the quantity of the shipped item(s) was/were incorrect.
To avoid problems after ordering, please contact us for the product condition, date of manufacture or packaging, etc. before placing an order.

Initial Defect Warranty
Although we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, we offer a warranty against defects in transit and hidden defects for 10 days after the product arrives. In the event of an initial defect, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the product and return the product to us by cash on delivery.
Since most of the products we handle are one-of-a-kind, as a general rule, the warranty will apply only to refunds, not exchanges of the products.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty is limited to products purchased from our website and used in Japan.
If any of the following conditions are met, the product will be excluded from the scope of coverage even if it is still within the warranty period.
- Malfunctions, defects, or damage caused by factors other than the product sold, such as the design of the customer's equipment or software.
- Malfunctions, defects, or damages caused by conditions, environment, handling, or usage methods other than those described in the instruction manual or user's manual.
- Malfunctions, defects, or damage caused by consumables (battery, fuse) wear and tear.
- Malfunctions, defects, or damage caused by natural disasters or other causes for which we are not responsible.
- Malfunctions, defects, or damage to products sold as “junk”.
- Malfunctions, defects, or damage resulting from parts removal, parts replacement, modification, or repair by the customer.
- Failures, defects, or damages caused by reasons that could not have been foreseen by the scientific and technical level of our company at the time of shipment.
The warranty does not cover secondary damages (equipment damage, lost opportunities, lost profits, etc.) or any damages or accident compensation caused by the failure of the product.
Please use our products only for applications that will not cause serious accidents in the event of a failure or malfunction of our products. Please use the product in a system where backup or fail-safe functions are performed externally to the product ecen in the event of failure or malfunction.
