Our Products

We handle cutting tools and factory automation equipment which have become surplus inventory due to Design changes, facility replacements, and business restructuring of the Japanese companies. The unique procurement channels described above enable us to offer new products at significantly lower prices.

Bulk Order

Please let us know by sales@yakumo-kk.com if your order is in large quantities, so that we can consider suitable delivery plan for you.

Payment

We recommend credit card or PayPal for customers outside of Japan to make a payment. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay are available in some countries.

We do not recommend bank transfers unless the transaction amount is very large, due to bank charges and the time required to confirm payment.

Delivery

Lead time

Since all the products on our website are in stock, we ship products in 2-3 business days from the confirmation of your payment.

Shipping

Products will be delivered by Yamato Transport. Arrival in Vietnam usually takes about 6 days from the time the products are shipped from Japan.

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees vary for each product, so please register your address and other information on the order page to confirm shipping fees.

Customs Duties & Warranties

Customs Duties for Vietnam

No customs duty is charged when cutting tools are exported to Vietnam.

Warranties

Due to the nature of the product, no warranty is added.

Cancel & Refund

Cancel

If we receive a cancellation notice BEFORE the product has been shipped, we will issue a refund for the transaction. Please note that we can NOT accept cancellations AFTER the product has been shipped.

Refund

Refunds will ONLY be issued in the case of an incorrect quantity of products or if we have delivered the wrong product(s) from your order.
